Booking terms

These terms govern direct bookings made on this website with Alejandro Andrés Elena (NIF 07985157V).

1. Booking and price

The price shown is the total price for the stay for the selected dates and number of guests, and includes applicable taxes. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you get our confirmation email.

2. Payment

The full amount is paid at the time of booking by card through Stripe's secure gateway.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with a 100% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival or do not show up, 100% of the stay is charged. Refunds are made to the same card within 10 days. Since this is an accommodation service for a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. Self check-in with smart lock; we will send the instructions before arrival.

5. Guest registration

By law, all guests aged 14 and over must provide their identity details before arrival so that we can report them to the authorities (RD 933/2021).

6. House rules

The maximum number of guests stated for each apartment may not be exceeded. No pets, no parties or events and no smoking. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

7. Complaints

8. Applicable law

Spanish law applies.
